Welcome and thank you for being part of the preparation for the Linkin Park event in Madrid.

On this website you will find detailed and updated production information to check schedules, access, technical specs, suppliers, hospitality, logistics, and plans all in one place.

We have also gathered here the main requests and comments that have been worked on during the previous months of preparation, so that the entire team has a common and clear reference.

📍 How to get to Auditorio Miguel Rios — Rivas-Vaciamadrid

The venue is located at Avenida de los Andes, s/n, 28529 Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Madrid.

  • By Metro: Line 9 (Paco de Lucia) + Commuter Train to Rivas-Vaciamadrid station.
  • By Commuter Train (RENFE): Line C-7 to Rivas-Vaciamadrid station, about 15 mins walk from the venue or by local taxi.
  • By car from Madrid: A-3 Highway (Valencia), exit 18 Rivas-Vaciamadrid. Follow signs to Auditorio Miguel Rios.
  • Parking: Available at the venue and surroundings. Check with the logistics department for production access.

Camera Risers Requirements

Consolidated technical information for local provision of camera structures.

1. FOH & SLASH Platforms (Long Lenses)

  • Use: Support for 2x FOH Cameras and 2x SLASH Cameras with FUINON 107x lenses.
  • Requirement: If local production does not provide the cameras, covered platforms must be provided for the tour team.
  • Stability: Critical due to the use of high magnification lenses (107x). Must be solid and vibration-free structures.
  • Protection: Include cable protection (yellow jackets/cable ramps) from the platform to connection points.

2. PTZ Camera Riser (Panasonic UE 150)

  • Location: Festival Floor or Stage Deck.
  • Requirement: Level "appropriate riser" to ensure operational height and remote control stability.

Operations and Logistics

  • Check-in: LPU and VIP check-in must be physically separated (different but contiguous tables/areas). They cannot share a tent.
  • Furniture: (4) tables and (5) chairs are required for the check-in area, installed before 10:00 AM.
  • Merchandising:
  • VIP Express Lane: Exclusive lane at the exterior merch stand.
  • Merch Prep: Will be done inside the stadium in a secure and closed area on load-in day (06/22). No external storage container will be hired.
  • Hospitality: Provide water dispensers and cups for Early Entry (EE) attendees while waiting in the queue area.
  • Budgets and Costs: Detailed breakdown of security, ushers, positions and hourly costs pending (Estimated: 5 days before the show).

Parking Operations - Trucks & Buses

Detailed logistics of parking and services for the Linkin Park tour fleet.

1. Fleet Breakdown

A total fleet is expected consisting of:

* 21 Trucks (Trailers)

* 9 Tourbuses (Sleepers)

Arrival Schedule

* June 17th: Early arrival of 11 Trucks and 1 Tourbus.

* Rest of the fleet: According to general production schedule.

2. Services in Parking Area

The designated parking area will have the following services for drivers and crew:

* Power Supply: Power outlets available for all vehicles.

* Sanitary Facilities: Access to bathroom and shower modules (according to Production Layout).

3. Distribution Plan

Logistics and Transport Operations

Details of transfers and vehicle assignment for the Linkin Park show at Auditorio Miguel Ríos.

The main logistics cover June 22nd, 23rd, and 24th, 2026.

Designated vehicles: Seat Arona (mid-size), Toyota Auris (small/agile for errands) and Ford Grand Tourneo Custom (9 seats + cargo).

4. Important Notes and Agreements

* Exclusions: This logistics plan covers the main band, crew, and staff. It does not include support acts, who must coordinate their own transport.

* Band and Chef: Direct band movements will be managed by *Jerome*, and logistics for the tour chef (*Chef Pete*) will be managed directly with him.

* Driving Regulations: To comply with public transport regulations in Spain (vehicles over 9 seats), a mix of regular vans (no special hours restriction) and minibuses (8-hour driving limit) has been chosen.

* Parking: The 10 parking spots requested in the technical Rider will be used to house this fleet of runners and shuttles.

5. Advance Team

Arrival and transfer coordination for the advance team (Rigging/Production).

* Hotel: Hyatt Regency Hesperia Madrid (P. de la Castellana 57). 35 min from venue.

At the band's request, additional logistics for guests are required on the night of June 23rd (Early morning of the 24th).

* Vehicles: 3 Minibuses (19 seats).

* Route and Times:

* 23:30 approx (End of show): Pick-up at Auditorio Miguel Ríos > Transfer to *The Madrid EDITION*.

* 03:00 approx: Pick-up at *The Madrid EDITION* > Final transfer to *Hyatt Regency Hesperia* hotel.
